After careers in Futures and IT, I retrained, obtaining degrees in both Chemical Engineering (Honours 1st class) and Applied Science (Chemistry) at RMIT.
I have been working in a variety of poistions since then at RMIT, from laboratory demonstration to lecturing to a Technical Officer position. As a result I have either used (for research) or looked after and maintained a vast array of Chemical Analysis equipment.
