This machine is an Agilent 6410 Triple Quadrupole LC-MS. It is attached to an Agilent 1200 HPLC system equipped with a binary pump. The thermostated autosampler has a capacity of 108 x 2 ml vials in 2 x 54 vial plate plus 10 additional 2 ml vials, or 30 x 6 ml vials in 2 x 15 vial plate.

The triple quadrupole in the mass spectrometer allows for MS scan, MS/MS product ion scan, MRM, MS/MS neutral loss/gain scan and precursor ion scan, and SIM modes.
